You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to transform complex content into clear, concise, and impactful educational programs, primarily focusing on digital learning solutions. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing learner outcomes, fostering skill development, and supporting organizational knowledge growth. Skills: Expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile), Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate), Strong understanding of adult learning principles, cognitive psychology, and instructional theories, Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content integration (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle), Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills, Ability to conduct thorough learning needs analyses and audience assessments, Skilled in multimedia development (audio, video, graphics) for learning content, Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for diverse audiences, Analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness, collect feedback, and recommend improvements Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field (or equivalent practical experience), 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, preferably in an enterprise, higher education, or corporate learning environment, Demonstrated ability to design and develop a variety of learning solutions, including e-learning modules, blended learning programs, instructor-led training, and performance support tools, A strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and deliverables, Proven experience collaborating effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders at all levels, Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment, Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development
