In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing innovative, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences for a diverse learner audience. You will apply contemporary instructional design methodologies to transform complex content into accessible and impactful online courses, modules, and resources, significantly contributing to learner success and organizational goals. Skills: Expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile), Proficiency with e-Learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content integration, Strong visual design principles and multimedia development skills (graphics, audio, video), Ability to conduct needs assessments and translate learning objectives into effective solutions, Knowledge of adult learning theories and cognitive psychology principles, Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, Project management capabilities with attention to detail and deadlines, Data analysis skills for evaluating learning effectiveness and iterating designs Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field, 3-5 years of progressive experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a higher education or corporate learning environment, A strong portfolio showcasing successful instructional design projects and learning solutions, Demonstrated experience in designing and developing engaging online courses, blended learning programs, and performance support tools, Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508) for digital learning content, Proven ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and learning trends
