You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and multimedia specialists to transform complex content into clear, concise, and interactive instructional materials that meet defined learning objectives and cater to diverse learner needs. Your expertise in adult learning theories, educational technology, and project management will be crucial in enhancing our educational offerings and learner outcomes. Skills: Instructional Design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile), Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content integration (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard), E-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia), Adult learning theories and pedagogical principles, Curriculum development and learning objective alignment, Multimedia development and visual design for learning, Assessment design and learning evaluation techniques, Project management and organizational skills, Excellent written and verbal communication, Collaboration and stakeholder management, Data analysis for learning effectiveness Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field., 5+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or educational technology within an academic or corporate learning environment., A strong portfolio demonstrating successful instructional design projects and developed learning materials., Proficiency in current educational technologies, software, and multimedia development tools., Demonstrated experience in leading instructional design projects from conceptualization to implementation and evaluation., Ability to effectively consult with subject matter experts and translate complex content into accessible learning experiences., Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement in learning design.
