In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative online and blended learning experiences for our university courses. You will collaborate closely with faculty members, subject matter experts, and technology specialists to ensure high-quality, engaging, and effective educational content that aligns with best practices in instructional design and adult learning theories. Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle), eLearning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate), Curriculum Development, Adult Learning Theory, Assessment Design, Multimedia Development (basic), Project Management, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Collaboration and Teamwork Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field., 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in instructional design, preferably within a higher education setting., Proven experience developing engaging online and blended learning courses., Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in digital learning environments., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines., Portfolio demonstrating instructional design projects is highly desirable.
