You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, multimedia specialists, and educators to transform complex information into clear, concise, and highly interactive instructional materials, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and pedagogical best practices. This position requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and proficiency with e-learning authoring tools. Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard), E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia), Curriculum Development, Adult Learning Theories, Assessment Design, Multimedia Content Creation, Project Management, Technical Writing, Data Analysis (for learning effectiveness) Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field., 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development, preferably in a higher education or corporate learning environment., Proven ability to design and develop engaging and effective online courses and learning modules., Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models., Proficiency with at least two major e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines., A portfolio demonstrating successful instructional design projects.
