Skills: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Critical Thinking, Patient Assessment, Medication Administration, Ventilator Management, ECG Interpretation, IV Insertion and Phlebotomy, Wound Care, Electronic Health Records (EHR) Proficiency, Interdisciplinary Collaboration, Crisis Management, Communication Skills (Verbal & Written), Empathy and Compassion Requirements: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an RN in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or equivalent critical care setting, Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory; PALS certification is a plus, Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed, Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse patient population with complex medical needs, Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in high-stress situations, Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
