We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing insightful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving financial performance across the organization. You will be responsible for developing financial models, preparing budgets and forecasts, conducting variance analysis, and generating comprehensive financial reports to present to key stakeholders. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions), Financial modeling and valuation, Data analysis and interpretation, ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Budgeting and forecasting, Variance analysis, Financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, Communication and presentation skills, Analytical thinking, Attention to detail Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role, Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models, Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, Strong understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs), Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, Legal authorization to work in the United States (or relevant country), CFA designation or MBA is a plus We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.
